CM7: Help loading books

I want to put some books i have into the library but i have no idea where they go. When I connect my CM7 Rooted Nook to my PC, it won't connect, saying the driver is not available. i am running Win 7 64-bit. If I plug in the Nook without the CM7 SD card, it connects fine. So i have a microsd card reader, and I can insert the card into it; however, it will only mount the boot partition. With my partition manager I can see there are 4 partitions, but none but the boot partition will mount.

Now, I also dula-boot with Linux, and in linux I can mount all partitions, but i have no clue where to copy the epubs. I tried several places on different partitions, but no reader can find them. The Nook app won't find them, and the books reader apparently can't find them either.

Any help will be appreciated.
