Microfibre cloths usually from "Homeware" stores, discount ditto, hardware stores - or, for bigger ones. I've seen them in car accessory stores.
Or, sew 2 together.
Actually, if you simply made a slip-in cover [double thickness p'raps?] to keep it in a firm case, wouldn't that do the job ?
