Comparing HoneyComb 3.0 to Windows Vista (disaster OS) plagued with one issue to another issue. Now Android OS 3 only issue that there isn't enough apps to run on that OS where all the current apps are from the cupcake era 1.5, 1.6 then skip over 2.0 to 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 is where most of these apps are. Some apps can't run on certain OS version too. Won't run after you install it.

Android OS free opensource, yet HoneyComb 3.0 can only be installed on certain hardware devices that can support it and all these devices are running Tera2 Dual Core where most of the DC are only performing at SC levels.

HoneyComb was the first true Tablet OS for Android. Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 should fix some glitches from HoneyComb. I think the ideal should have been all those Single Core with 800MHz or higher should have been allowed to use run HC. Not just limited to new Tablets that can have Cell contracts only. Seems like some kind of new way to sell the product on given tablet models.

Still Tablets from China sold more with COBY, CRAIG, CURTIS/Sylvania can only get the OS 2.1, OS 2.2 and Ginger Bread OS 2.3 Phone OS for their lower priced Tablets. These are selling more by HSN, QVC, ShopNBC, CVS, Walgreens, Amazon, Buy.com an etc.

Frankly all these Android tablets pretty much do the same exact features. 7" is popular because all the current apps can fit on the that screen size. Once you move up to 8", 9", 10" you start to see why you you need a 7".
