I don't have a link, but I remember reading about it in several photography magazines several months after 9/11. If I remember correctly, the building in question had an FBI office that processed the medical insurance claims for the dependents of federal agents. The US professional photography world was upset over the incident because, under the new (at that time) Patriot Act, the guy was never given a lawyer, told why he was being detained, and not permitted to contact his family for two weeks.

I just made a large pot of China Black tea. Very unusual for me to make it by the pot, but I've got some folks coming over in a few minutes to discuss some local parking issues, and I have to play host!
