The short answer: Cydia.
The long answer: If you are in the situation where you need this work around (jailbroken iOS device), you already know where to get Backgrounder. The "what" is obvious from its name -- it's a background app manager (aka, proper multitasking). For whatever reason, Bluefire's usage of iOS4 native backgrounding and jailbreaking just don't play nice. The workaround utilizes Backgrounder to shut off the native backgrounding that Bluefire uses, which eliminates the crash because there's no longer a backgrounding conflict. Also note that this bug apparently happens even without Backgrounder installed, so it's a Jailbreak issue rather than a Backgrounder issue.
