Hello all.

Good and swift service from:
Vonda N. McIntyre
Book View Cafe

Based on this thread I downloaded the free book. In order to do that you'll have to log in as "guest". So far, so good.
Then I instead decided to buy the omnibus, and made the purchase, still logged in as "guest".
Payment went through, but when returning to Book View Cafe, I got an error message since I was not logged in. I made myself an account, but the recently purchased book was nowhere to see.

An email sent to customer service of BVC with a copy to McIntyre (found on her website) was answered within 12 minutes by Vonda N. McIntyre herself, with "I'll look into the matter". And another 4 minutes, the book was transferred to my account.

Considering this happening 08:00 Saturday morning in Europe and assuming McIntyre is in USA (Kentucky according to Wikipedia), this can only be described as Excellent Service.
