The first 4 seasons of the new series of Dr Who and all 3 seasons of Torchwood are available for free on Prime Instant Videos.

I signed up for a trial offer of Amazon Prime (to get 2-day shipping for my KSO) and found out that Prime now includes free videos. Not the whole catalog of Amazon Instant Video, but over 5000 shows and movies.
