You can start whenever you want. I tend to start on the first of the new month ('cause I'm a bit OCD like that.
) or when I'm trying to finish my current book before starting a new one. This book is so long, however, that I'll be starting early (probably tonight). I also start early if I know I'm going to be really busy.
Edit:Ugh.. I really need to read better than I have been. You said discussing not reading. Geesh!
