Need help with PDF text size in Nook for PC

I used ABBYY FineReader Pro 10 to create some PDf files that I wanted to read on my Nook for PC reader. I thought I'd try Nook for PC before I bought the Nook Reader. My problem is that although in the ABBYY program the text looks the same size as the original document, when I add the PDF to My Stuff in Nook for PC, the text is so tiny that I doubt anyone could read it. I don't need glasses to read so it's not my eyesight. The whole page is about an inch and a half by three inches. I tried increasing the text size in Nook for PC all the way up to the maximum size and the size of the text did not change at all. Then I went back to where I created the document in ABBYY and increased the size there to where the font is Times New Roman and the size is 20 and the size in Nook only enlarged a tiny bit. I went back to ABBYY and changed the font size to 40 which is huge. Then in Nook the text was a bit bigger, but not big enough to read, and the letters were all run together.

And having created all these test files, I also need to know how to delete them out of the Nook for PC. I tried deleting from the folder on my computer but that didn't work.

I would appreciate any suggestions that anyone can give me.
