Footnotes added to TOC, and levels not detected
Hi:

I just did a test of a new guide by converting the Word doc to HTML and then converting the zipped HTML/image folder to mobi using Calibre. When I tested it in Kindle for PC, I noticed that Calibre added the document's footnotes to the TOC.

And then the TOC, which has two levels, is all displaying as one level. Before the recent update, I recall that Calibre would detect my TOC that exists within the Word doc and therefore the HTML and display all levels appropriately without my having to input any information into Calibre's TOC tables.

So two questions: 1) how do I filter out the footnotes; and 2) why is Calibre no longer recognizing and displaying my TOC1 and TOC2 levels in the TOC?
