Yes, if you have other ROMs saved on your SD card, Rom Manager lets you swap them out, so to speak.
For instance, I have three ROMS on my Android phone--Stock ROM, MikFroyo, and MynWarm. With Rom Manager, you can easily back up your current ROM and install ROMS from your SD card.
It's pretty easy and nearly impossible to mess up.
