When BD imports a PDF, it loses the attributes and graphics. I cannot say how it handles the paragraphs as I don't use it to convert PDF.

Acrobat 8 did a pretty good job with the paragraphs, but still it id mangle at least a few spots. So check for them and you will see.

But the good news is next time we'll get an HTML file as well and can deal with that a lot easier.
