and why does the green guarantee leaflet which comes with the device say ""not covered under the guarantee is "mechanical damage" broken display, case, memory card, card reader, etc."
I would be very grateful for any clarifications on that as I am recommending the PB360 to quite a few friends, but I don't really know what to tell them about the guarantee.
