Mine too.

Mine is doing the same thing. Reset by itself and won't allow me to re-register. It's stuck at the network connection and is saying that it's a network-related problem. Glad you posted this, I'm frustrated and vacillating back and forth between biting the bullet and going out to get an ipad. I'm a little disappointed with the software update as is.
