Price fluctuations aren't new. For instance, if you shop at JCPenney, you would be a fool to buy something at full price, as they are always running sales. So are you saying that I can say "this item was on sale last month, I want the sale price"? I would be too embarrassed. Or as the car salesman said to us right after we refused to buy the car to take advantage of the November deals-"Well, there will be more deals in December."
