I usually just navigate to my library via Safari (or Mercury browser, far better) and download the epubs and open them in iBooks.

This is great until I have to rebuild the phone/ipad, because stuff added to iBooks this way doesn't get synced. They're still in my Calibre library, but they're gone from my device.

Is there a way to make sure they get synced to my laptop?
