If it doesn't make any different reading on an LCD screen vs an eink, then personally I think the nook color. It offers more options and features and clairity and a true contrast ratio of black to white (as opposed to shades of gray) that only the technology of an LCD can offer that eink can't, at least not yet.
but it's going to come down to you though, does the nook color offer features that the kindle doesn't that you want or like etc.
I also have the nook classic (eink) and I actually find the two compliment each other very nice. I am a huge outdoor reader, so my nook classic is perfect for out on my deck etc.
At the same time my wife and I like to have low lighting at night in the living room, then my nook color is perfect for that.
To be honest with you , if money isn't an issue, then I would recommend having both, your Kindle and a nook color. I don't view it as an eink vs lcd but more like a great companion to each other.
