I use Moon+ to access my dropbox library all the time now, but it did take me a little while to figure out the trick. I assume you're using Calibre2opds - the trick is to choose the "Stanza" option in Calibre2opds and to point Moon+ to the XML index file instead of the HTML index file.

Also, since I use Aldiko AND Moon+ and since Aldiko reads my PDF files and Moon+ doesn't have a PDF reader yet (it's on the to-do list), I usually just download my books via Aldiko and then bulk import all the epubs when I'm in Moon+. That works too.
