Hi. Newbie still. I have a collection of ebooks on Ubuntu/Calibre laptop syncing with Sony 650. But also would like to load Stanza on an iPod Touch but can't find how to upload the app to the iPod from Ubuntu. Am I missing the point?

I have downloaded Banshee but so far it appears to be a sync platform for the iPod as an alternative to iTunes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Seems to be counter-intuitive - no website address the issue of uploading apps from Ubuntu.
