Hi Farad,

I do not think there is anything online, but the warranty details should be in the warranty sheet that should have been with your PB360. As far as I know, the screen is generally not covered not because it is not under warranty, but because apparently the only way for the screen to break is because of improper use: dropping the device, applying pressure, torsion or even extreme temperatures. So this would not go under "defective parts of workmanship". I read a thread on an Italian forum, wehre many people said they had done absolutely nothing to the device, simply returned to it finding the screen had broken apparently with no cause. This repairer was adamant that this simply cannot happen, and that when repairing he always saw he (how he could be so certain I do not know, I guess some in the trade would, and from what I could see the guy had no vested interest). I have read other horror stories on mobileread, and indeed I am totally paranoid!

I see that Amazon have been quite good in replacing the devices with a broken screens, even if apparently this wouldn'd be strictly required, but I guess they have a different policy - and from what I have read around, Amazon are the only ones to be so generous.
