I've updated the plugin via the updater plugin and this shows me I have installed the newest one.
Since installation I have restarted Calibre many times. I will have a look after returning home from work. As it now says the plugin can't be configured because Calibre need to be restarted. After another new start I have to connect my Kindle first.
That problem I had in a similar form before not only with this plugin. after deinstallation and reinstallation everything was fine.
