Doing a happy dance

.
Next Saturday it's Koninginnedag (Queen's day) in the Netherlands. On that day we celebrate the birthday of our queen. In many cities people can sell their old junk in certain areas of the city and in many cities there are stages where bands play or tv/radio station have a party (with lots of music).
My city also celebrates Queen's Night; the night before Queen's Day the selling of junk starts and bands play throughout the city. Living in the city center I hate these two days. Around the corner is one of the stages with live music from 9pm-1am on Friday and from 2pm-6pm on Saturday. The bands are not that good and they always play too loud (we have a decibel meter and even around the corner behind the stage it's too loud). The one playing on Friday is called Pure Ellende (Pure Misery)

. It wouldn't be too bad, in my room I would be able to cancel out the noise with my headphones on. But on the church square a radio station has a stage with various dj's and no headphone is able to cancel out that noise.
But instead of leaving on Saturday the friends I house/dog/cat sit for are leaving on Friday! No bad and/or loud music for me this year!
