Oh..well boswd.. I don't really buy books. I guess if I bought books I could see your argument. I tend to stick to things that are free. Though I will buy the occasional amazon .99 promo.
In order for me to buy a book I would have to want to have a specific one in a series that I wanted to continue to read. In that case I can see where you are coming from. But those are so rare for me that it doesn't make a big diff.
Also.. unless things are different for ebooks if you have a specific book you want and it is on sale somewhere else contact amazon.. they will usually match it.
