The Washington Nationals, previously known as the Montreal Expos are doing a lot better now then they did when they left Montreal where they had been since they team started in the mid 1960s. They have a brand new stadium that the team is slowly paying the city back for but unfortunately the neighborhood around the stadium is still terrible.
