The 350 is so light and small, that it's easily used with just one hand. I hold mine in my left hand and rest my thumb on the buttons to turn the pages. If I'm using both hands, I use the touch screen for page turns.

I can do my Kindle with one hand, but it's quite awkward; so I end up using both hands.
