Salutations!
I always like starting introductions with "Salutations" to quote from "Charlotte's Web."
I'm new to the forums (obviously). I have Kindle and Nook apps on my Android phone, and the PC apps for when I want to view a larger screen. Mostly, I read on my phone. I resisted eBooks years ago, but absolutely love it now. I find I actually read more these days.
I have self-published my first middle grade book electronically. It's great having this opportunity. I enjoy the do-it-myself approach.
I think the variety of books available is fantastic with all the independent authors (especially the much more affordable price points in this rough economy).
Other than writing/reading, I have a fanboy obsession with comic books (reading, collecting, studying their history).
