I voted "no", but that's probably not entirely true. I'm sure I read titles from the list, but I don't purposely go look for them. I don't check out what's on the list, and the phrase "NY Times Best Selling" really doesn't add to an author's value to me. I have more than once raised my eyebrows thinking "Really?" when I've seen it in descriptions of what's in my opinion is... eh... not very good...
