Like someone else mentioned, that may have been a glitch on the Oberon site. When I ordered something a few months ago, only the UPS Express shipping options showed up, not the USPS one. And yes, those are
expensive
I sent a mail asking if USPS shipping was no longer offered to the Netherlands, and it turned out their connection to the USPS system was broken. They asked me to try again, and the USPS shipping option (which was $11-ish) showed up again.
I suggest trying again, and sending them a mail if it still doesn't give you the USPS shipping option.
