I've bought heavy dresses from people living in the US before as well, and shipping on them has never been more than 35$, and no way a Kindle cover could be bigger or weigh more, so the huge shipping fee seems kind of scammy to me :/ And 86$ was the cheapest one, ther was one for 97$ even !
