Hi,

I am trying to convert some html to .mobi. The htmls have very wide tables in them and in the output .mobi the table is being broken column wise. Please see attached. Is there any elegant way of doing this instead of breaking the table's column into different page?

My next question is how to index tab for the e-book? what meta-data needs to be set to get an index tab. So far I have a bunch of html files in a folder and a toc.html with all the hierarchy of the htmls. I am running ebook-convert from the command like to get .mobi output.
