Not PC Savy, PC Literate and PC Tech

Three different sorts of people with three different competance levels, which reader for each type of customer? I would give a Kobo to the first (seems to have cornered the market on simplicity, its got one simple button), Kindle to the next (has more functions that a PC Literate is able to take advantage of) and for a PC Tech a Bookeen or a Kindle DXG (better at showing those technical diagrams that techs need to inspect.)
