If a book is rejected it will immediately be sent to twice as many reviewers as before, so that it can be better determined if the book should actually be rejected. If the book fails this rejection test, (meaning it passes review) The original rejector will be banned from the review system. It might be harsh but it might also work, only one way to find out

We only just got rid of one bunch of talentless hacks deciding what people are allowed to read, we shouldn't be in any hurry to replace them.
