It is a violation of listing rules.
To put the price of the product on the (unreasonable) shipping is to circumvent eBay fees. (No fee on shipping cost.) There is also rule against excessive shipping cost in itself, whether to circumvent fees or not.
So double violation, I'd say.l
I don't care personally, I always read carefully and add shipping cost to the price when deciding what I want to pay, but you'd think eBay would care.
