Chung Kuo series by David Wingrove
Hiya all,

Anyone know anything about the planned re-release of this series? I hear a prequel has just been released and another is planned and then the 8 book series is being re-released with a new ending. Does anyone know if anything but the ending is going to be different in the re-releases?

I've heard good things about the series but never gotten around to reading it. For those who have read it, is it worth reading the series as is or do you think it would be worth it to wait for the prequels and re-releases?
