Well I ended up getting the black Kobo after work today since the colors mos def cost more. I'll just skin my Kobo if I want to change the color.
I emailed Borders and Kobo for some clarification on models and prices but decided not to wait for their response.
I said I would not get another reader, but when I saw how crisp thee screen was on the Kobo on display at Best By this past weekend ... well it kept gnawing at me. Weak one that I am I made the purchase today. I am off to bed while my new aquisition will be charging over night.
