Computer is clean and healthy once again. I formatted the hard drive, re-installed the operating system and all my applications, and it is purring like a kitten. Unfortunately my monitor is about the fry itself, but I have a spare should that happen before I can get myself downtown to the shops.
So now I can sit back with a nice mug of Fortnum & Mason's Ceylon tea, and catch up with all the posts I missed today!
