I saw that some people talk about a2sd on this forum but i didn't try to find its utility. Can you explain in a few words ?
Concerning my problem : I've just managed to install 2.0.6 version !
I solved the problem like this : insert the sd card during the start screen (just before the install screen, containing the progressbar). Ahhhhhhhhh Happy
