My Sony 900 is close to two years old, but there have been long stretches where I have not used it. It hasn't been holding its charge lately, last night I plugged it in to charge it and had it on for only around 5 hours today. It is showing low battery. I remembering it holding its charge for at least 2 weeks.
I had quite often let it go to low battery, thinking the old way of memory, but have learned since then that that is no longer a problem. For couple of weeks it has been holding the charge for no more than two or three days.
Anyhow, does anyone know the life span of a 900 battery? I am guessing that I will have to buy a new one from Sony,

I had read of where someone unplugged the battery and then replugged it back and it held the charge, could that be the problem, or is the battery just worn out?
