A bunch of updates, mostly because of the use of an updated toolchain, and an updated whitelist.

Updated whitelist (there's no version bump because only the whitelist has been updated, and you can simply replace the one in linkjail/etc on your Kindle from the one in the zip)
* Fonts v4.5.N:
Updated FT libs & binaries (updated ft, fc, new tc)
* ScreenSavers v0.21.N:
Updated binaries (updated coreutils, new tc)
* USBNetwork v0.33.N:
Updated binaries (updated rsync, new tc)
Try to fix dos line endings in the config file (instead of considering it broken and falling back to defaults).
The x-tc tarball has been updated accordingly (FYI, bumped GCC to 4.5 from Linaro & binutils to 2.21)
A slight note to users of the Fonts hack: If you suddenly happen to encounter weird issues with an FT override (particularly the 'white screen/broken font' folks), please do let me know, updating the compiler & flags might have brought its share of weirdness
