I have the same problem, I can never get the userStyle.css files to work since I installed the newest version. When I first russified and then installed PRS+ the old way, I could get the default .css file to work to use my selected font, but I never had choices to change the font within the reader after that. They were never under the options for me. With the newest .exe version of PRS+, I now have various .css files to select, but none of them do anything.

One thing I noticed though when I convert my epubs is that it doesn't work if you leave out the quotes around any instances of the font name. You might try adding them, such as:

font-family: "adobegaramondpro";

But I wish I could figure out my basic problem and not have to convert each ebook to specify the font.
