NC suffered the effects of sunlight heating up the atmosphere in the early afternoon coupled with the jet stream injecting energy into the unstable atmosphere. NC's most devastating tornadoes have occurred around Easter & Mother's Day.
I've not seen any posts by astranghere since yesterday - hopefully it's just a case of losing power - lots of folk here won't get electric restored until Monday or later.
