Thinking back to my own college days, which was before there was even a computer smaller than a sports arena,
and based on my own cohort struggling through 3 years of academic self-improvement, hardly any college students read a book while they were
at college, let alone after !
And that includes books relating to their subjects !
( Mind you, a few
wrote books, but wouldn't lower 'emselves to read works by anyone else.........)
Mind you, there were other life-skills we got
very good at....
