I've made them several times, and while they do taste good, they don't taste the same as Claussons. THAT is the flavor I'm craving, not just Kosher Dills. I can get Ferman's Kosher Dills over in Kobe ( about 60k from here) and they are pretty good too... but they aren't Claussons!

I have the same problem with Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Sausage. I can make really good breakfast sausage, (breakfast sausage is about the easiest to make,) but it never tastes the SAME as Jimmy Dean's.

It's like when I was a kid and asked my mom to bring home Oreos, and she would show up with a bag of Hydrox or some other brand of the same sort of cookie. It's just not the same...
