ncx problem
I use Calibre to create Kindle ebooks. The ncx toc works fine on all the previewers and emulators. The ebook toc's work on my ipad kindle, the kindle previewer and my kindle PC software. It also works on the Amazon emulator on the publishing site. But after the book is published, my ncx toc doesn't show up in my books.
Anybody have an idea what am I doing wrong?
