For the attached file 0.0.29 did not give a result file with mbp

agebreak in it. I have fixed the other problem. I wonder why the attached file hade two <mbp

agebreak/> in a row. I did a fix that works for "<m" or "<M". I do not want to just put an anchor before "<" since I would like to detect the different ways this can be done since some of them might require special handling.
There is a 0.0.30 available and if I can get mobi2imp to compile under Windows there will be Windows binaries for this version available later today.
