Hello evey body,
I'm searching hardly for a PDF reader with :
+ dictionary ( precisely translation from english to frensh)
+ annotation.

I spend long time on google, without finding one which do these two features.
Can someone tell me if it exists ?

And if, it do almost "text to speech", I will be very very happy ... ( this last feature is not necessary, just optional)
