5) Press Home + Power and at the same time, connect your tablet to your computer via USB. That should put it in recovery mode.

6) Run RKAndroidBatchUpgrade in the RKAndroidBatchUpgrade directory in RKUtils, and for "Image", put in the update.img file.

7) Press "Upgrade".

8) When it's done, and it boots back up, you need to go to aCCleaner and remove all the cache files and data files for all programs (just to be safe) so that the Android Market will work.

9) Without doing anything else first, reboot the device.

You should be all set with a freshly re-flashed tablet.
