Making Caesar coleslaw later. I ran across the recipe in one of the magazines at work and then felt like an idiot for not thinking of it earlier. It's just regular coleslaw ingredients (grated cabbage and carrots) with a few extra ingredients (green onion and halved cherry or grape tomatoes) but with a small amount of Caesar dressing instead of the "usual" coleslaw dressing (which I don't particularly like in the first place - I've found one brand of the premade I can tolerate and I've never been able to make one any better).
Why it never occurred to me to substitute a dressing I liked better I will never know.
