I'm writing a series of ebooks for a researcher that present case studies as human interest stories on the subject of curing diseases and conditions with vitamin D. I'm writing in Word 2010 in a standard 8.5X11 page size, and am generating my own cover art. If I plan to self-publish on Amazon and B&N, what page size and cover art size should I be using to format? Thanks!

Also, any other advice on self-pubbing is appreciated.
