yeah when they first announced that it was unlawful to ride without helmet, I (and almost all the people here) went crazy. Have you ride without helmet, Mortis? If you have, you'll know what I mean.
riding in Ho Chi Minh city is nice, I assure you. but I can't say the same for Hanoi. The local residents seem to differ from place to place. While SaiGon-ers tend to obey any law, Hanoi-ers run all the lights, stop above the white stripes and never think about pedestrians. as a SaiGon-er, I was like
when I first came to Hanoi.
